At church folks call me...I agree...my name is Neil. At church folks call me Pastor Neil or Pastor, but beyond that I like to be called by my name. My mother in law sends all mail to us as Rev and Mrs, and it comes from Rev and Mrs, any checks are made out to Rev, and my wife sends things to her parents as Rev and Mrs. For me it is far too formal for family to be caught up in titles, I suppose they see it as a sign of respect, I see it as religious.
